Suraj Nayee is the founder of Elevate Estate Management, a Crawley-based lettings and property management company serving landlords across West Sussex.
Suraj grew up around property, helping manage his family's rental homes long before starting Elevate. Today he looks after more than a dozen properties across Crawley and the surrounding area, handling everything from tenant finding and rent collection to safety certificates, deposits and repairs.
Before Elevate, Suraj spent six years as a business analyst, working with Surrey County Council and on national public-sector programmes. That background shapes how Elevate works: clear processes, accurate records and straightforward reporting, so nothing slips through the cracks.
