Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, let and manage properties, carry out legal checks, collect and pay rent, arrange repairs, and meet our legal obligations.
Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
How long we keep it
For the length of the tenancy or our business relationship, plus up to 6 years for legal and tax purposes. Website enquiries that don't lead to business are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us at enquiries@elevate-estate.co.uk.
